Posted In: Drunken pop star Christina Aguilera has been arrested
The troubled Dirrty singer, whose friends think has been boozing 'way too much,' was collared in Hollywood at 2.45am.
Cops declared her 'incapable of taking care of herself' and put her in a cell at a local prison until she sobered up. Christina, 30, was in a car being driven erratically by boyfriend MATTHEW RUTLER, 25.
Police who stopped the vehicle arrested Rutler on suspicion of drink-driving.
Christina was held for being publicly drunk.
She was kept in the cell for more than four hours before being released at 7.30am.
She will not be charged but her arrest will go down on a police record."
